SLA

  • Availability: 99.5% monthly uptime target measured per calendar month
  • Status page: live system status at status.baseline-robotics.com
  • Job start SLO: ≤5 min at 95th percentile queue-to-start latency
  • Session limits: per-run and per-day caps published in service documentation
  • Credit policy: service credits issued automatically when targets are missed

Insurance

  • Coverage: CHF 5M public liability, CHF 2M property damage.
  • Customer responsibility: damage resulting from misuse or non-compliant tasks billed at cost.

Data and IP

  • Ownership: users retain full rights to code and results.
  • Robot data: operational logs retained 30 days.
  • Media/recordings: export and deletion available on request.
  • Security: TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest.

Latency and performance

  • Control latency (end-to-end from client to robot control loop):
    • EU/CH/UK: 50 ms median, 80 ms 95th.
    • North America: 85 ms median, 120 ms 95th.
    • APAC: 120 ms median, 180 ms 95th.
  • Video spec: 30 fps minimum, 1080p resolution, 2-6 Mbps bitrate adaptive.
  • Network requirements: 10 Mbps uplink, 25 Mbps downlink, ≤30 ms jitter budget.

Change control

  • Versioning: hardware, firmware, and calibration IDs displayed with every job result.
  • Changelog: dated release notes for all changes affecting reproducibility or performance.
